澳门的医疗卫生制度与改革趋势

摘要

澳门医疗卫生制度与医疗保障是以政府直接提供为主的混合型体系；在政府主办的医疗卫生机构之外，存在一个庞大的私营部门。从近年来的改革看，总的趋势是引入竞争，在医疗卫生体系中推进公私合作，提高政府购买服务的比重，推出居民“医疗卷”，提高居民的选择权。%The health care and health insurance system in Macau is featured by government provision mixed with a large scale of private practices. In the last ten years, the health care system introduced competition mechanism to promote the public-private partnership, and to increase the weight of governmental purchasing health services. They also released"medical voucher"to increase options for patients.
