147份药品不良反应报告分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the adverse drug reactions (ADRs) which occurred in our hospital and to provide a reference for clinical medication. Methods About 147 case reports of ADRs were collected for statistical analysis from August 2013 to July 2014 in our hospital. Results In our hospital the drugs involved the ADRs were many antiviral drugs and antimicrobial agents. The organ or system damage in skin was the most prominent. Conclusion Strengthening the ADR monitoring is an effective measure to ensure the patient safety and rational medication.%目的：为了给以后的临床用药作参考依据，该院对药品不良反应（ADR）做系统的整理和分析，以便了解这类事件发生的具体情况。方法该院对2013年8月—2014年7月一年内上报的147份ADR报告进行数据分析。结果该院ADR涉及的药品以抗病毒及抗菌药物为主；发生的器官或系统损害以皮肤及其附件损害最为突出。结论加强ADR监测工作是保证患者安全、合理用药的有效措施。
