目的：探讨造口袋在腹腔引流管口渗漏护理中的应用体会。方法选取2013年1月-2014年1月在我科进行普外科手术后发生腹腔引流管口渗漏的28例患者,随机将其分成对照组13例和实验组15例。对照组给予传统方法及时换药,实验组在此基础上应用造口袋处理,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果对照组在平均愈合时间、平均每天换药次数、皮肤损伤、舒适度、更换衣物次数及治疗费用等方面分别为17.9 d、4.2次、11例、2例、3.8次及90元/d﹔而实验组分别为12.4 d、0.2次、0例、14例、1次及11元/d,实验组均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用一件式泌尿造口袋处理引流管周围渗液,方法简单易学,效果满意,值得临床推广使用。%Objective To explore the value of ostomy in nursing care of peritoneal drainage tube leakage. Methods The 28 peri-toneal drainage nozzle leakage patients after 1 month in our department general surgery during the time from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group of 13 cases and 15 cases in the experimental group. The con-trol group received conventional methods timely medication, while the experimental group was given ostomy bag on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy were compared of two groups. Results The control group in the average healing time, the aver-age daily dressing change times, skin injury, comfort, change clothes times and cost of treatment, respectively 17.9d, 4.2 times, 11 cases, 2 cases, 3.8 times and 90 yuan/d;while in the experimental group were 12.4d, 0.2 times, 0 cases, 14 cases, 1 times and 11 yuan/D, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Using urinary ostomy for drainage tube around exudate is simple,significant and easy to learn. It is worth for clinical application and promotion.
