活血通淋汤加减治疗输尿管结石120例的临床观察总结

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of promoting blood tonglin Treating 120 cases of ureteral calculi. Methods 230 cases of hospital nearly three years of ureteral calculi were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 120 cas-es in treatment group, promoting blood Tonglin Decoction taking control group of 110 patients taking Pyrrosia casual treatment. Results The treatment group: cured 94 cases, accounting (78.3%), improved in 18 cases, accounting (15%), 8 cases, accounting (6.6%). Control group:cured 46 cases, accounting for (41.8), improved in 39 cases, accounting for (35.4%), ineffective in 25 cases, accounting for (22.7%). The treatment group compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.01). The first week of treatment group stone expulsion rate of 57.5% in the control group in the first week stone expulsion rate of 20.9%, the treatment group compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Blood Tonglin Decoction clinical efficacy of 120 cases of ureteral stones should be affirmed, has important clinical significance.%目的：观察活血通淋汤加减治疗输尿管结石120例的临床疗效。方法选取本院近三年来230例输尿管结石患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组120例，服用活血通淋汤加减治疗，对照组110例，服用石韦散治疗。结果治疗组：痊愈94例，占(78.3%)，好转18例，占(15%)，无效8例，占(6.6%)。对照组：痊愈46例，占(41.8)，好转39例，占(35.4%)，无效25例，占(22.7%)。治疗组疗效与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.01)。治疗组第一周结石排出率57.5%，对照组第一周结石排出率20.9%，治疗组疗效与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.01)。结论活血通淋汤加减治疗输尿管结石120例的临床疗效值得肯定，具有重要的临床意义。
