探讨种植义齿植入对于患者口腔卫生以及余牙产生的影响分析

摘要

Objective To assess fully implantation for patients with oral health and the impact of residual tooth. Methods Randomly selected from dental in December 2013 - December 2014, received 110 patients with dentition defect, randomly divided into two groups: Ⅰ group 55 cases, take the cultivation of denture implant treatment; Ⅱ group 55 cases, treated with conventional repair, and systematic follow-up, review, observe two groups of selected patients with curative effect. Results After systematic follow-up found that Ⅰ group of selected patients with oral hygiene, plaque control over quality and dental status has improved significantly, compared with Ⅱ group has obvious advantages and statistical significance (P< 0.05). Conclusion Not only can improve the plan of planting denture implant in patients with oral hygiene condition, and can effectively protect the patient's teeth, can further improve the prognosis of patients, to prevent periodontal disease, so as to enhance the level of early diagnosis and treatment of patients with and advice.%目的：评定种植义齿植入对于患者口腔卫生以及余牙产生的影响。方法随机选择该院口腔科2013年12月—2014年12月接收的110例牙列缺损患者,随机分成两组：Ⅰ组共55例,接受种植义齿植入方案治疗；Ⅱ组共55例,接受常规修复治疗,并予以系统性随访、复查,观察两组入选患者疗效。结果系统性随访后发现,Ⅰ组入选患者口腔卫生、菌斑控制质量以及余牙状况都已显著改善,与Ⅱ组相比有明显优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取种植义齿植入方案不仅可以改善患者口腔卫生条件,还能有效保护患者余牙,可进一步改善患者预后,防止牙周疾病出现,从而提升患者早期诊治水平,建议推广。
