目的：为进一步了解喀什地区各级医疗机构的消毒工作现状，查找存在的主要问题，进一步提高各级医疗卫生机构消毒工作质量，减少院内感染发生，对喀什地区医疗机构2013年及2014年消毒质量进行监测，了解其消毒质量。方法以《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)和《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB15982—1995)为基本依据进行检测。结果喀什地区县、乡和私立医疗机构消毒合格率分别为89.4%、81.5%和84.1%。不同监测项目中，使用中消毒液、室内空气、物体表面及医护人员手、压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果、物表及医护人员手致病菌检测，合格率依次为90.5%、67.5%、81.7%、45.2%、99.2%。结论喀什地区医疗机构消毒与灭菌效果总合格率84.1%，消毒质量明显低于其他省市地区的水平。各级卫生行政主管部门、监督机构、疾控机构要加强监督管理。%Objective In order to further understanding the status of disinfection work in Kashi area medical institutions at all levels of, find out the existing main problems, further improve the quality of disinfection work in medical and health in-stitutions at all levels, reduce the nosocomial infection, the medical institutions in Kashgar in 2013 and 2014 disinfection quality monitoring, understand the quality of disinfection. Methods According to "technical standard of disinfection" (2002 Edition) and"hospital disinfection health standard" (GB15982-1995) as the basic basis for testing. Results The qualified rate of disinfection in Kashi County, township and private medical institution was 89.4%, 81.5% and 84.1%, respectively. Various monitoring items, used in the disinfection liquid, indoor air, object surface and medical staff hands, sterilization ef-fect of pressure steam sterilizer, substance and medical personnel hand pathogen detection, qualified rate in order to 90.5%, 67.5%, 81.7%, 45.2%, 99.2%. Conclusion The total qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions in Kashi area was 84.1%, and the disinfection quality was significantly lower than that in other provinces and cities. Health administrative departments at all levels, supervision institutions, disease control agencies to strengthen supervision and man-agement.
