呼吸内科护理工作中安全细节管理的应用效果探讨

摘要

Objective To observe the respiratory medicine in nursing safety management application effect of details. Meth-ods Respiratory medicine nursing before and after the details about safety management situation,respectively choose 100 pa-tients before and after the implementation of as observation object,comparing two groups of nursing. Methods The hospital internal medicine nursing in January 2015 the implementation of security detail management, nursing mode of security de-tails before the implementation of management (2014) after comparing respiratory medicine nursing work.Results Security details before the implementation of management, nursing risk events throughout the year a total of 19 patients; Safety man-agement implementation details(2015), only three patients nursing risk events throughout the year, and significant difference (P<0.05); Security detail management, department of nursing process, nursing safety, ward management, nursing quality of nursing documents writing scores were significantly higher than that of before activities, differences in the 2 groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Security details management can effectively regulate breathing internal medicine clinical nursing work, reduce the risk of nursing,deepen the nursing service concept.%目的：观察呼吸内科护理工作中安全细节管理的应用效果。方法所在医院内科护理于2015年1月起实施安全细节管理护理模式，对安全细节管理实施前(2014年度)后呼吸内科护理工作情况进行比较。结果安全细节管理实施前，全年共有19例患者发生护理风险事件。安全细节管理实施后(2015年度)，全年仅有3例患者发生护理风险事件，前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；安全细节管理实施后，科室护理流程、护理安全、病区管理、护理文书书写等护理质量评分均明显高于活动开展前，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安全细节管理能够有效规范呼吸内科临床护理工作，减少护理风险，深化护理服务理念。
