Objectve To undersand the inspection of vaccination certificate and supplementary inoculation among children entering kindergarten and school ,Promote the development of immunization progam. Methods To collect the information of inspection of vaccination certificate and supplementary inoculation among children entering kindergarten and school,and make statistical analysis. Results In Kindergartens, primary schools and junior middle school ,the coverage rate of inspect of vaccination certificate was 100%,in senior high school,it was 80% .In Kindergartens, primary schools and junior middle school,the vaccination certificate holding rate respectively Was 99.07% 、98.69%、98.44%,Before supplementary inocula-tion the full inoculation rate was 82.21%.after supplementary inoculation,it was 99.52 %,except BCG,the supplementary in-oculation rate of 8 NIP vaccines were above 90%. Before and after supplementary inoculation,the full inoculation rate in-creased significantly than 2013 (P<0.01). Conclusion The work on inspection of vaccination certificate and supplementary inoculation among children entering kindergarten and school in 2014 in Zouping Country conducted Well,Through advanc-ing the mark of inspection of vaccination certificate and supplementary inoculation, significantly improved the full vaccina-tion rate of children in kindergarten and school.%目的 了解入托入学儿童预防接种证查验与疫苗补种情况,指导免疫规划工作地开展.方法 收集2014年邹平县入托入学儿童预防接种证查验和疫苗补种资料,进行统计分析.结果 托幼机构、小学、初中预防接种证查验覆盖率100.00%,高中查验覆盖率80.00%.托幼机构、小学、初中持证率分别为99.07%、98.69%、98.44%.补种前全程接种率82.21%,补种后全程接种率99.52%,除卡介苗外,8种国家免疫规划( NIP)疫苗补种率均在90%以上. 补种前和补种后全程免疫接种率均比2013有明显提高(P<0.01). 结论 2014年邹平县入托入学儿童预防接种证查验及疫苗补种工作完成较好,接种证查验及疫苗补种关口前移提高了入托入学儿童全程免疫接种率.
