手术室护理中的安全隐患及应对策略

摘要

目的 探讨手术室护理的安全隐患及应对策略. 方法 该院在2013年1月—2013年6月对手术室护理采用常规管理,自2013年6月—2013年12月对手术室护理采用预防管理,比较预防管理前后的效果. 结果 观察组的护理差错率为0.06%,较对照组的0.3%明显降低(P<0.05). 观察组的护理投诉率为0.03%,较对照组的0.23%明显降低(P<0.05). 结论预防管理应用于手术室护理具有良好效果,值得推荐.%Objective To investigate the safety hazards and coping strategies of operating room nurse. Methods Conven-tional management was used in operating room nurse from January 2013-June 2013. Preventional management was used in operating room nurse from June 2013-December 2013. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The care error rate of the observation group(0.06%) was significantly decreased compared with the control group (0.3%)(P<0.05). The complaint rate of the observation group(0.03%) was significantly decreased compared with the control group (0.23%)(P<0.05). Conclusions Preventional management has a good effect on the operating room nurse, it is worth to be recommended.
