目的 探讨健康促进对青少年吸烟现状的影响效果.方法 选取该市4所初级中学在读学生460名,采用抽签法将其分为对照组216名与观察组244名,对照组学生均采用常规健康教育方式控烟,观察组学生给予健康促进控烟干预措施,比较两组学生的干预效果.结果 观察组学生对控烟知识的了解程度及对学校禁烟制度的认同程度均显著好于对照组;观察组中初一学生与初二学生吸烟率均显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 健康促进控烟干预能够积极提高青少年对吸烟与控烟的认知状况,良好抑制其吸烟行为,具有确切实施价值.%Objective To investigate the effect of health promotion on the status quo of smoking among adolescents.
