临床技能操作思维教学法与教师思维关系的重要性

         

摘要

Analysis of the importance of clinical skill operation, our hospital through the analysis on reports, papers and other related knowledge, the analysis of the teachers' thinking and clinical skills has an important relationship between op-erational thinking teaching method. This paper describes the clinical skills, clinical skills operation status quo of teaching and how to strengthen the teaching method of clinical skills, second from the thinking in clinical skills teaching the basis of the definition, significance, teaching application, teaching conditions, strong teachers, skill training, improve teaching meth-ods, establish new teaching assessment and evaluation method in detail, finally analyzed the influence of the thinking of clinical skills teaching has carried on the summary analysis.%为分析临床技能操作的重要性,该院通过整理分析有关的报道、论文等相关知识,分析出教师思维与临床技能操作思维教学法之间有重要的联系.该研究首先描述了临床技能操作、目前临床技能操作的教学现状以及如何加强临床技能的教学方法,其次从临床技能思维教学的定义、应用意义、教学应用的基础、教学情况、强健师资力量、技能培训、改进教学手段、建立新的教学评估及评定方式等方面进行了详细讲解,最后分析教师思维对临床技能教学的影响进行了总结性分析.
