目的 为了解全国乡镇卫生院卫生人力资源的现状.方法 通过分析处理统计年鉴中2005—2012年关于乡镇卫生院卫生人力资源数量、结构、地域分布、质量状况的相关数据. 结果 发现近年来乡镇卫生院卫生人力资源在总量、医护比上均有改善,但仍存在核心人力资源不足、中部地区发展滞后、职称与学历结构不合理、床护比保持低水平等问题.结论 需要把继续医学教育作为跳板,形成长效机制,鼓励乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员在上级医院、医学院校进行继续教育.在各地依托优势医学资源建设继续教育基地,进行有针对性的成人教育. 既能提高专业技能,又能解决学历问题.%Objective To understand the current situation of health human resources in township hospitals in china.
