护士层级管理在干部病房护理管理中的应用探究

摘要

目的：对护士层级管理在干部病房护理管理中的应用效果进行了探究。方法选取2014年7月—2015年7月期间，该院干部病房接收的120例干部患者，为了调查护理人员护理工作的满意程度将这些患者随机分成实验组和对照组，每组各有患者60例和护理人员24名。对照组护士进行护理常规管理，实验组护士进行护理层级管理。对两组护士的管理成果和患者对护理工作的满意度进行比较。结果两组进行护理管理后，实验组护理人员的工作积极性远远高于对照组，实验组护理人员的理论知识评分及操作评分远远高于对照组，实验组患者对护理人员工作的满意度远远高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论护士层级管理在干部病房护理管理中的应用，效果显著。%Objective To explore the effect of nursing level management in the management of nursing management in the cadre ward. Methods From July 2015 to July 2012, 120 patients in our hospital cadre ward, in order to investigate the satisfaction degree of nursing staff were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group had 60 cases and 24 nursing staff. Nursing routine management and nursing level management of the control group were carried out. The management of the two groups of nurses and patients satisfaction with nursing work. Results After nursing management in the two groups, the working enthusiasm of the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group. The theoretical knowledge score and operation score of the experimental group were much higher than those in the control group. The satisfaction of nursing staff in the experimental group was much higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups. Conclusion The application of nurse level management in the nursing management in the cadre ward is remarkable.
