目的：探讨品管圈（QCC）在妇产科优质护理中的应用效果。方法选择2014年3月—2015年3月期间该院妇产科收治的150例患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字将其分为研究组与对照组，每组各75例。对照组采取常规护理干预措施，研究组采取以QCC管理模式为基础的优质护理干预。结果研究组对健康知识的总掌握率为98.67%，显著高于对照组的80.00%（P<0.05）。研究组对护理服务的总满意率为98.67%，高于对照组的86.67%（P<0.05）。结论 QCC在妇产科优质护理中具有显著的应用效果，可以有效调动护理人员的责任意识与工作积极性，强化患者对健康知识的掌握水平，提高护理满意度。%Objective To investigate the Quality Control Circle (QCC) application results in quality care in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods March 2014 - March 2015 period 150 patients admitted to our hospital obstetrics and gynecology as research subjects, according to the random number which were divided into the study group and the control group, 75 cases in each group. The control group received routine care interventions, the Study Group to adopt a management model based QCC quality care intervention. Results The study group on the overall master health knowledge was 98.67%, significantly higher than the 80.00%(P<0.05). Study Group on the care and services overall satisfaction rate of 98.67%,significantly higher than the 86.67%(P<0.05). Conclusion QCC has significant application results in quality care in obstetrics and gyne-cology, can effectively mobilize nurses sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for work, strengthen patient mastery level of health knowledge, improve nursing satisfaction.
