互动管理模式在妇科护理管理中应用效果分析

         

摘要

Objective To analyze the application effects of interactive management in gynecology and obstetrics nursing management mode, In order to improve the management level of care, and provide evidence. Methods We randomly select-ed 40 nurses participating in interactive management activity from May 2013 to May 2014.and we made a retrospective analysis of our hospital management interaction management model of nursing before and after nursing management in ob-stetrics and gynecology including satisfaction situation. Results After the implementation of interactive management system management, basic care, ward care, etc. were significantly better than before the implementation of Interactive Management. the difference was obvious(P<0.05).After the implementation of interactive management of nursing quality satisfaction score, care model satisfaction score were obviously higher than before the implementation of Interactive Management. the differ-ence was obvious (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of interactive management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management, By strengthening communication of nurse and head nurse, and the communication among patients, can im-prove the nurses' professional knowledge and nursing enthusiasm, Improve nurses ’ ability to work, and Stimulate their sense of responsibility. And then improve the quality of care and the reputation of the hospital.%目的:分析在妇产科护理管理中实施互动管理模式的应用效果,为护理管理水平的提高,提供依据。方法随机抽取40名护理人员参与2013年5月—2014年5月的互动管理模式活动,并回顾性分析该院在妇产科护理管理中实施互动管理模式前后的护理管理、满意度情况。结果实施互动管理后制度管理、基础护理、病房护理等情况均明显优于实施互动管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施互动管理后护理质量满意度评分、护理模式满意度评分明显高于实施互动管理前。结论在妇产科护理管理中实施互动管理模式通,能够提高护理人员的专业知识和护理积极性,提高其护理人员的工作能力,激发其责任心,从而提高护理质量提升医院信誉。
