健康教育对慢性疾病控制的效果分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the effect of health education on chronic disease control in order to provide reference. Methods In June November 2011~2013 selection of 100 cases of Pingshan Street residents as the research object, statistics the level of understanding of chronic disease, after the regular health education intervention, 2 years after statistical 100 residents were received health education evaluation results of prognosis of, analysis of the implementation of the understand-ing level of residents before and after health education intervention on chronic diseases, how to control chronic disease. Results Through this study, we can see that 100 cases of residents after two years of regular health education intervention, the incidence of chronic diseases, the incidence of adverse behavior and intervention in the former, there is a big difference (P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Health education intervention can effectively improve peo-ple's knowledge about chronic diseases, control chronic diseases, correct their bad habits, improve people's awareness of ex-ercise, thereby increasing the number of out exercise, and reduce the risk of chronic disease.%目的：分析采用健康教育对慢性疾病控制的效果，以供参考。方法于2011年11月—2013年6月选取屏山街道100例居民作为研究对象，统计其对慢性疾病的了解程度，之后对其进行定期的健康教育干预，2年后统计100例居民受到健康教育干预后的测评结果，分析实施健康教育干预前后居民对慢性疾病的了解程度，如何控制慢性疾病。结果通过该文研究可以看出，100例居民经过2年的定期健康教育干预后，其对慢性疾病的了解程度、不良行为的发生率与干预前相比较，存在较大的差异，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对居民采用健康教育干预，可以有效提高人们对慢性疾病相关知识的了解、控制慢性疾病的方法等，纠正其不良生活习惯，提高人们对锻炼的认知，从而增加外出锻炼的次数，也从根本上减少了发生慢性疾病的几率，此方法值得进一步应用及推广。
