赤峰市无偿献血者血液检测结果回顾分析

摘要

Objective To analyze test results in Chifeng unpaid blood donors to provide evidence for the use of blood and blood donation area quality. Methods Retrospective analysis of the blood of Chifeng City in January 2015 to March 1 900, unpaid blood donors during blood test results. Results Parts unpaid blood donors blood test results marked wood for statisti-cal analysis. Results Chifeng City unpaid blood donors detected as a total failure rate of the number 20, accounting for 1.05%. Wherein ALT Persons 10 people, accounting for 0.526 percent. There are three cases accounted for HbsAg 0.158%. There are two cases of anti-HCV accounting for 0.105 percent. Anti-HlV/ HlV-P have three cases accounted for 0.158 percent. Two cases of syphilis accounted for 0.105 percent. The failure rate of the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Unpaid blood donors for the city inspection is necessary, the user can effectively reduce the blood's chances of infection.%目的：分析赤峰市无偿献血者血液的检测结果，为该地区的血液使用以及无偿献血质量提供依据。方法对赤峰市2015年1月-3月期间献血的1900名无偿献血者血液检测结果回顾分析。结果对无偿献血者血液标本的检测结果进行统计分析。赤峰市无偿献血者血液检测总不合格率人数为20人，占1.05%。其中ALT人数10人，占0.526%。 HbsAg有3例占0.158%。抗HCV有2例占0.105%。抗-HlV/HlV-P有3例占0.158%。梅毒抗体2例占0.105%。各项不合格率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对该市无偿献血者的血液进行检查是很有必要的，可以有效地减轻血液使用者的被感染几率。
