基于管理风险防控现代医院管理核心制度的分析

摘要

Objective To analysis based on the management of risk prevention and control of modern hospital management system of the core. Methods Will this city the level 2 grade a or above hospital as the research object, through the way of questionnaire asked, according to the management of the hospital risk points, analysis based on the Angle of risk prevention and control of mod-ern hospital management system of the core. Results The perception of hospital by questionnaire for testing the system, select as-sociated with the risk of hospital management at the core of the system, and studies the importance of the core system, found that 23 of these core system exists high risk. Conclusion By analyzing the risk prevention and control based on management of modern hospital management system of the core, strengthen the management of modern hospital management system of the core, to improve the quality of hospital management, thereby enabling patients to enjoy a more scientific and safe medical service.%目的：分析基于管理风险防控的现代医院管理核心制度。方法将该市各二级甲等及以上医院作为研究对象，通过问卷征询的方式，根据医院的管理风险点，分析基于风险防控角度的现代医院管理核心制度。结果通过问卷征询检验医院各项制度的认同度，筛选出与医院管理风险相关的核心制度，并研究核心制度的重要程度，发现其中的23项核心制度存在高风险。结论通过分析基于管理风险防控现代医院管理核心制度，加强对现代医院核心制度的管理工作，可提高医院的管理质量，进而使患者享受更为科学、安全的医疗服务。
