目的：观察有效的护理管理方法对结核病患者医院内感染的影响。方法回顾性分析该院2012年3月-2014年1月210例结核患者的临床资料，观察护理管理方法对医院内感染的影响。结果该研究中210例患者无一例发生医院感染。其中166例患者对护理工作感到非常满意，非常满意度79.05%，41例患者感到满意，满意度19.52%，不满意仅有3例，不满意度1.43%，总满意度达98.57%。结论通过有效的护理管理方法可以起到医院感染预防的效果，对于结核病患以及护理人员而言均十分有利。%Objective To observe the effective nursing management methods on patient hospital TB infection. Methods Effective care management, hospital patients in the prevention of tuberculosis infection, a retrospective analysis of our hospital in March 2012 - January 2014 The clinical data of 210 cases of tuberculosis, observe the effects of nursing management of hospital infec-tion. Results In this study, 210 patients were no cases of hospital infections. 166 patients were very satisfied with the nursing work feel very satisfaction 79.05%, 41 patients are satisfied, satisfaction 19.52%, only three cases of dissatisfied, dissatisfaction 1.43%, up 98.57 percent of total satisfaction. Conclusion The nursing management through effective hospital infection may play a preven-tive effect, for tuberculosis patients and nurses were very favorable terms.
