目的：探讨分析精神分裂症患者一级亲属的心理状态与个性并及时采取有效措施对其进行干预。方法选取该院2013年4月-2015年4月收治的136例精神分裂症患者的一级亲属作为研究对象，及时的采取家庭干预措施与精神知识宣讲等方式对存在问题的精神分裂症患者一级亲属进行干预。结果干预前，136例精神分裂症患者的家属除了L量表显示(7.5±1.4)分,没有达到标准值,其余的三个量表评分都已经达到标准值。进行疾病宣讲与家庭干预以后，除了L量表外，其余三个量表评分与干预前进行比较，都得到了较为明显的改善（P<0.05）。结论采取家庭干预措施与精神知识宣讲等方式对存在问题的精神分裂症患者一级亲属进行干预，可以有效的使其改善不良情绪，在临床中值得广泛的推广应用。%Objective To investigate the psychological state and personality analysis of first-degree relatives of schizophrenic pa-tients, and promptly take effective measures to intervene. Methods In our hospital from 2013 April ~2015 year in April were treated 136 cases of schizophrenia first-degree relatives of the patients as the research object, take timely measures of family in-tervention and spirit knowledge propaganda and so on problems of the first-degree relatives of schizophrenic patients with inter-vention. Results Before the intervention, 136 cases of family members of schizophrenic patients in L showed that (7.5±1.4) points, did not reach the standard value, the remaining three scores have reached the standard value. After the disease preaching and fam-ily intervention, in addition to the L scale, the remaining three scores were compared before and after the intervention, have been improved obviously (P<0.05). Conclusion Take timely measures and spiritual knowledge about family intervention and so on prob-lems of the first-degree relatives of schizophrenic patients with intervention, it can effectively make the bad mood improved, is widely used in clinic.
