Today's society rapid development in science and technology, Internet technology is widely used with each domain, greatly improving the quality of the work and life. Internet technology was applied to medicine can improve the efficiency of medi-cal staff work, Internet distance education can improve the medical staff, especially the grassroots medical staff professional skills, strengthen the communication of medicine. However, most of grassroots medical staff because working intensity big, can't indepen-dent training and study, application ability is relatively poor.
