目的：探讨健康教育对骨与关节结核患者疾病知识掌握度及满意率的影响。方法选择2012年2月-2015年2月期间该院收治的骨与关节结核住院患者130例，将其平均分为研究组与对照组。对照组采取常规治疗及护理措施，研究组在此基础上实施针对性的健康宣教干预。结果研究组对疾病知识掌握率为96.92%、护理满意率为96.92%，显著高于对照组的80.00%、81.54%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康宣教可以有效提高骨与关节结核病人的疾病知识掌握程度及护理满意率，保障患者的康复质量，适于临床应用。%Objective To evaluate the impact of health education master degree and satisfaction of bone and joint TB disease knowledge. Methods February 2012-February 2015 period of bone and joint tuberculosis hospitalized 130 patients in our hospi-tal, which were divided into study group and control group. The control group received conventional treatment and nursing care, research groups implement targeted health education intervention on this basis. Results The study group on disease knowledge level was 96.92%, 96.92%satisfaction rate care, significantly higher than the 80.00%, 81.54%(P<0.05). Conclusion Health edu-cation can improve bone and joint TB disease knowledge mastery and nursing satisfaction, guarantee the quality of rehabilitation of patients suitable for clinical applications.
