以家庭为单位自我管理模式对脑卒中患者康复效果的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the influence to the family as the unit self management mode to the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods 100 cases of patients with stroke in community were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each group of patients. The experimental group to take the family as the rehabilitation nursing of self-management mode, the control group adopted conventional mode of community nursing rehabilitation nursing. The patients were followed, to evaluate the effect of rehabilitation. Results Two patients in experimental group before FMA had no statistical differ-ence between Yi (P>0.05);rehabilitation intervention differences in FMA score of 3, 6 months after the obvious, there is statistical significance (P<0.05);patients in the experimental group had statistical significance in the differences of quality of life before and after intervention (P<0.01);patients in the control group, in the the two assessment, there was statistical significance in the differ-ences of quality of life of effort and participation (P<0.05), quality of life of other differences had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion Take the family as the rehabilitation effect of self management unit for patients with stroke is very ideal, can improve the motor function of patients, improve the life quality of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, is worthy of wide popular-ization and Application.%目的：探讨以家庭为单位对脑卒中患者进行自我管理模式的康复效果及影响。方法选择100例社区脑卒中患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组患者50例。实验组采取以家庭为单位自我管理模式进行康复护理，对照组采取常规社区护理模式进行康复护理。对患者进行随访，对康复效果进行评价。结果对比各组患者实验之前FMA差异无统计学义（P>0.05），经过3、6个月康复干预后FMA评分差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），实验组患者经过干预后生存质量差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；对照组患者经过两次评估，力气与参与的生存质量对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），其他方面生存质量均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论以家庭为单位对脑卒中患者的自我管理模式其康复效果相对理想，能增强患者的运动功能，提高患者的生存质量，改善患者的生活质量，值得广泛推广应用。
