不同护理管理方案对住院精神分裂症患者社会功能影响差异对比

摘要

Objective To compare the different methods of care management of schizophrenic social function and mental status of patients affected.Methods 120 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into A, B groups. A closed-end line during inpatient care management group, group B: Line of open nursing management, social function scores were compared,mental status score.Results The scores were improved compared with the former management;management group B after social function score, mental status scores were better than the A group,P<0.05.Conclusion Open Care Management program combines more suggestions for patients and their families care programs, more attention psychological rehabilitation of patients and improve the social function of patients with schizophrenia may be better to let the social skills to adapt.%目的：比较不同护理管理方法对住院精神分裂症患者社会功能及心理状况影响。方法选精神分裂症患者120例，随机分为A、B两组。A组住院期间行封闭式护理管理，B组：行开放式护理管理，比较两组社会功能评分、心理状况评分。结果两组较管理前评分均改善；管理后B组社会功能评分、心理状况评分均优于A组，P<0.05。结论开放式护理管理方案融合了患者及其家属对护理方案的更多建议，更注重患者的心理康复并提高患者的社会功能，可更好的让精神分裂症患者适应社会技能。
