%Objective To investigate the systematic intervention management measures for ICU patients with central venous catheters results in the control of catheter-related bloodstream infections regard.Method Selected 88 cases of ICU patients with central venous catheters for the study of the implementation of the system in which the intervention management measures 44 cases, observation group, 44 cases did not take another intervention management system, to the control group. Bloodstream infections were compared. Results Observation group during indwelling catheter bloodstream infection rate was 4.55%, significantly lower than the 20.45% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P ﹤0.05). In addition, the observation group the incidence of adverse events (4.55%) is also lower than the control group (34.09%), and the difference was statistically significant (P ﹤0.05).Conclusion For ICU patients with central venous catheter intervention administration to take the system can effectively reduce the incidence of bloodstream infections, and can reduce adverse events during catheterization, worthy of promotion.
