无菌性聚乙烯薄膜预防ICU老年昏迷患者眼部并发症效果的Mata分析

摘要

Objective To evaluate aseptic polyethylene film in the ICU elderly coma patients with eye care in the applica-tion effect. Methods According to the PICO principle of the ICU elderly coma patients with clinical manifestations of the proposed problem.A randomized controlled trial concerning the prevention of ocular complications in ICU elderly coma pa-tients with sterile polyethylene film to retrieve a lot of Chinese and foreign databases. Then two researchers screened the lit-erature at the same time,and assessed the quality of the extracted data were analyzed by RevMan 5.3 software. Results A total of 7 RCT,A total of 439 patients. Conclusion Aseptic polyethylene film of nursing intervention in the treatment of ICU elderly coma patients is significantly lower than that in the control group, the ocular complication rate is significantly lower than that of the control group, To reduce the incidence of ocular complications in elderly patients with coma admitted dur-ing ICU and the quality of life is improved and saved the medical resources.%目的：系统评价无菌性聚乙烯薄膜预防ICU老年昏迷患者眼部并发症的应用效果。方法按PICO原则对ICU老年昏迷患者临床表现提出问题,检索了多个中英文数据库上关于无菌性聚乙烯薄膜预防ICU老年昏迷患者眼部并发症的随机对照试验,由2名研究者对文献质量进行评价和资料提取,对符合质量标准文献采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入7篇RCT,共439例患者。结论无菌性聚乙烯薄膜干预护理于ICU老年昏迷患者,其眼部并发症发生率明显低于对照组,减少了ICU老年昏迷患者入院期间的眼部并发症发生,提高了患者的生活质量,节约了医疗资源。
