精神科护理查房的新进展和体会

摘要

With the continuous improvement of clinical nursing model, the nursing round has been one of the basic clinical nursing jobs, which is vital to the clinical nursing work, the development of nursing round can effectively solve the doubtful points and difficult points in the nursing work, and have a big effect on improving the work ability of nursing staff, mean-while, it is an important precondition of improving the overall clinical medical level, especially because of the specificity of nursing work in the department of psychiatry, it is of important clinical significance to carrying out the nursing round and related work. The paper summarizes the status, progression and experience of nursing rounds, in order to provide reference for improving the work capability of medical staff and promoting the clinical nursing round work.%随着临床护理模式持续完善，护理查房已成为临床护理工作中基本工作之一，对临床护理工作非常重要。开展护理查房可有效解决护理工作中所遇到的疑点与难点，对护理人员工作能力提升可产生较大影响，与此同时，也是提高临床整体医疗水平的重要前提。因精神科护理工作的特殊性，在精神科开展护理查房以及相关工作则更具备重要临床意义。该文对护理查房现状﹑进展以及体会等方面作一综述，旨在为提升医护人员工作能力，推动临床护理查房工作提供参考。
