医学影像学在临床骨科中的应用进展

摘要

探讨医学影像学在临床骨科中的应用价值及发展状况，以提高骨肌系统影像学在临床骨科中的诊疗水平。医学影像技术中的X线、CT、MRI、超声、核素显像设备多年来在不断的改进和完善，检查技术和方法也不断地创新，影像诊断已从单一依靠形态变化进行诊断发展成为集形态、功能、代谢改变为一体的综合诊断体系。医学影像学在各个医学专业里的临床应用越来越广泛，发展日新月异，尤其能为骨科疾病的发生发展、临床诊断、手术指导、预后评估提供可靠的依据，同时还可应用到骨科微创治疗及介入治疗当中，互相协助，进一步促进骨骼肌肉系统影像学的发展。%The paper studies the application value and development status of medical image in the clinical department of orthopedics thus improving the diagnosis and treatment level of musculoskeletal system image in the clinical department of orthopedics, the x-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound and radionuclide imaging equipment are constantly improved over the years, and the examination technology and method are also constantly innovated, and the imaging diagnosis solely relying on the morphological change has developed into the comprehensive diagnosis system integrating the form, function and metabolic? changes together.
