基于团队协作的设计性实验在基础护理学中的应用研究

         

摘要

Objective To research the application effect of design experiment based on the team cooperation in the basic nursing. Methods 260 cases of full-time nursing undergraduates in 2014 were selected including 30 males and 230 fe-males, and the self-made questionnaires were made in this research. Results >95 scores was in 1 team, 90-94 scores was in 8 teams, and 80-89 scores was in 2 teams, in the 260 cases of students, 75% supposed that it was necessary to carry out the design experiment, 90% supposed that the design experiment needed to be carried out in team form, 82% participated in the design experiment positively, 72%supposed that the design experiment contributed to improving the learning interest, 77% supposed that the design experiment contributed to improving the team cooperation ability, 77%supposed that the de-sign experiment contributed to improving the sense of group honor, about 70% supposed that the design experiment con-tributed to improving team cooperation, about 70% supposed that the design experiment contributed to improving the com-munication and coordination ability, 76% supposed that the design experiment contributed to cultivating the innovation awareness, and 71% supposed that the design experiment contributed to improving the research and science ability of stu-dents. Conclusion In the teaching process, the design experiment in the team cooperation form can not only help students increase the nursing knowledge, but also improve the u-nity and cooperation ability, communication and coordi-nation ability, team spirit, sense of group honor, innova-tion awareness and research and science ability, and makes a contribution to laying a good foundation and sense of learning responsibility, at the same time, the team cooperation can establish the strict scientific style and innovation spirit and im-prove the teaching quality, and carrying out the design experiment in team form is of very important significance.%目的:研究团队协作的设计性实验在基础护理学中的应用效果。方法该研究自行设计问卷调查表,选取2014级全日制护理本科生260人,其中男生30人,女生230人。结果95分以上的有个1团队,90~94分的有8个团队,80~89分的有2个团队。在260名学生中,75%的学生认为有必要开展设计性实验,有90%的学生认为需要以团队形式开展设计性实验,82%的个人积极参与设计性实验,72%的学生认为设计性实验有助于提高学习兴趣,77%的学生认为设计性实验有助于提高团队协作能力,77%的学生认为设计性实验有助于提高集体荣誉感,70%左右的学生认为设计性实验有助于提升团队合作,70%左右的学生认为设计性实验有助于提升沟通协调能力,76%的学生认为设计性实验有助于培养创新意识,71%的学生认为设计性实验有助于提升学生科研能力。结论在教学过程中,通过团队协作形式开展设计性实验,既可以帮助增强学生护理知识储备,又可以提高学生团结合作能力、沟通协调能力、团队精神、集体荣誉感、创新意识和科研能力,为打下良好基础和学习责任感作出贡献;同时,通过团队协作,还可以树立严谨科学作风与创新精神,提升教学质量。以团队形式开展设计性实验具有不容忽视的重要意义。
