医院人力资源管理中绩效考核的应用分析

         

摘要

随着我国社会经济条件的不断发展,科学技术水平的不断进步,行业之间的竞争力日益激烈。医院市场化情况的出现,要求医院通过促进智力资本以及人力资源来提升核心竞争力,从而创造出更多的社会效益。重视医院的人力资源管理有利于提高医院的管理水平,从而提高医院的服务水平,实现医院持续稳定的发展。目前,绩效考核作为医院人力资源管理的重要手段之一,能够有效提升医护人员的热情,从而提高工作效率,增强医院的市场竞争力。该文从医院人力资源管理现状出发,论述绩效考核在医院管理中的实际应用及其意义。%With the constant development of social and economic conditions of our country, constant progress of scientific and technological levels and increasingly fierce competiveness between industries, the hospital marketing occurs, which re-quires hospitals to improve the core competiveness by promoting the intellect capital and human resources, thus improving the hospital service level and realizing the continuous and steady development of hospitals. Currently, the performance as-sessment, as one of the important means of hospital human resource management, can effectively improve the enthusiasm of medical personnel, thus improving the work efficiency and enhancing the hospital market competiveness. The paper elabo-rates the application and its significance of performance assessment in the hospital management from the hospital human resource management status.
