目的：探讨批量爆炸烧伤伤员救治组织管理，优化批量伤员急诊救治管理流程，提高急救水平。方法2014年8月2日，江苏昆山市某企业工厂发生突发性爆炸事故引发火灾，该院承担了这次突发性爆炸事件的救治任务，迅速投入救治工作中，迅速启动应急预案，紧急调配人力资源，实行应急流程管理，将伤员进行集中治疗护理，对9例伤员科学的救治。结果该院收治的特重度烧伤7例，中重度烧伤2例均获得及时救治，无一例死亡者。结论流程管理在批量爆炸伤员救治中的实施应用效果良好，值得临床推广使用，但需注意完善突发事件的应急预案流程管理是抢救成功的前提，应完善应急预案流程管理编制，加强日常应急预案流程管理演练，从而提升应急预案流程管理效果。%Objective To study the treatment organization management of bulk explosion casualties, optimize the emergency treatment management course of bulk casualties and improve the emergency level. Methods On August 2, 2014, the sudden explosion accidents occurred in some factory in Kunshan in Jiangsu and caused fire, our hospital took on the treatment task of this event, rapidly carried out treatment work, rapidly launched the contingency plan, peremptorily deployed human re-sources and implemented emergency process management, and the casualties were given centralized treatment and nursing, and 9 cases of casualties were treated scientifically. Results 7 cases of patients with extraordinarily severe burn and 2 cases of patients with middle and severe burn admitted and treated in our hospital were treated in time, no one died. Conclusion The application effect of process management in treatment of bulk explosion casualties is good, which is worth clinical pro-motion and application, but we should notice that improving the contingency plan process management of sudden accidents is the precondition of successful rescue, and we should improve the establishment of contingency plan process management and enhance the daily contingency plan process management drilling thus improving the effect of the contingency plan pro-cess management.
