目的：总结儿童接种水痘疫苗的不良反应，分析其原因，探讨其预防以及护理措施，降低儿童接种水痘疫苗的不良的反应的发生率。方法对2016年1-2月之间在该院进行水痘疫苗接种的226例儿童进行回顾性分析，总结其接种后12 h内出现的不良反应，并探讨其护理措施。结果226例儿童出现接种后有132例出现轻微发热，有37例穿刺部位皮肤肿痛，轻微皮疹15例，痘疹7例，通过积极的对症护理之后，儿童的反应减弱或好转。结论接种水痘疫苗的儿童的护理中最重要的就是观察儿童的体温以及皮肤反应，对接种后的儿童进行科学合理地护理的助于对儿童接种后的不良反应进行控制。%Objective To summarize the adverse reactions of children vaccinated with varicella vaccine, and the causes were analyzed, and the prevention and nursing measures were studied thus reducing the incidence rate of adverse reactions of children vaccinated with varicella vaccine. Methods 226 cases of children vaccinated with varicella vaccine in our hospi-tal from January 1, 2016 to February 31, 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, and the adverse reactions occurring within 12 h after inoculation were summarized, and the nursing measures were studied. Results The mild fever occurred to 132 cases after inoculation, skill swelling in puncture part occurred to 37 cases, mild rash occurred to 15 cases, and small-pox erup-tion occurred to 7 cases, after the active symptomatic nursing, the children's reaction was weakened and improved. Con-clusion Observing the children's body temperature and skin reaction is the most important in the nursing of children vacci-nated with varicella vaccine, the scientific and rational nursing for children after inoculation contributes to controlling the adverse reactions.
