Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of health education combined with oral motor guidance on the feed-ing behavior of cerebral palsy high risk infant’s parents. Methods 82 cases of cerebral palsy high risk infants admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2013 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the parents of both groups received the same health education, the parents in the observation group re-ceived the oral motor guidance on this basis, and the feeding behavior score of the parents in the two groups were compared after 6 months. Results After 6-month intervention, the feeding behavior score of the parent in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference between groups had statistical significance, [(15.38±1.43) marks vs (11.29±2.24) marks], P<0.05. Conclusion Health education combined with oral motor guidance can effectively im-prove the feeding behavior score of cerebral palsy high risk infant’s parents and improve the infant’s feeding quality.%目的:分析探讨健康教育联合口腔运动指导对脑瘫高危儿家长喂养行为的影响。方法选取该院2013年2月-2015年6月收治的82例脑瘫高危儿,抽签法将患儿分为观察组和对照组,两组患儿家长均接受相同的健康教育,观察组患儿家长在此基础上再接受口腔运动指导,6个月后比较两组患儿家长的喂养行为评分。结果干预6个月后,观察组患儿家长喂养行为评分为(15.38±1.43)分,显著高于对照组患儿家长的(11.29±2.24)分,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育联合口腔运动指导可有效提高脑瘫高危儿家长喂养行为评分,提高患儿喂养质量。
