城市社区卫生机构岗位设置研究

摘要

城市社区卫生是我国卫生体系发展的基础，近年来，国家卫生行政管理部门也先后颁布了相关文件来明确和强化社区卫生机构的基本功能、人员配置标准，希望以合理的资源搭配来指导社区卫生机构岗位设置工作。所以该文从这一工作的理论基础出发，结合国外社区卫生机构岗位工作经验，探讨了国内相关领域的组织岗位设置现实选择。%The urban community health is the foundation of the health system development in our country, in recent years, the state health department has also frequently issues the relevant documents to clear and enhance the basic function and personnel setting standards of community health institutions. Therefore, the paper studies the practical selection of organiza-tion position setting in the relevant fields at home combined with the position work experience in the community heath in-stitutions abroad from the theoretic basis of the work.
