某三甲公立医院科研管理的实践与思考

         

摘要

医院作为知识和技术高度密集的单位,对科研管理水平有着很高的要求。某医院近年来通过建立医院科研信息化平台,科学管理;运用PDCA循环对科研管理工作进行持续改进;加大科研人才的引进与培养力度;完善考核激励机制,使得医院科研管理水平有了很大的提高。但面对新的科研发展需求,医院应打造医疗、教学与科研三者协调发展的良好氛围;完善科研管理机制,提高管理服务能力;重视人才队伍的建设与培养;进一步完善奖惩机制,切实发挥激励作用。%The hospital, as a high knowledge and technology-intensive unit, has an extremely high requirement for research management level. Some hospital has implemented scientific management by building hospital scientific research informa-tion platform in recent years; implemented continuous improvement of research management work by applying PDCA circu-lation, increase the introduction and cultivation of scientific research talents and improving the examination and motivation mechanism thus greatly improving the hospital scientific research management level. But faced with the new scientific re-search development demand, the hospital should create a good atmosphere for the coordinated development of medicine, teaching and scientific research, improve the scientific research management mechanism, improve the management service ability, pay attention to the construction and cultivation of talent team, further improve the rewards and punishment system and practically play the incentive role.
