目的：探讨追踪方法学与PDCA循环管理在护理质量控制中的应用效果，为提高护理质量提供可靠的参考依据。方法该院2015年1-12月实施追踪方法学与PDCA循环交叉管理，随机抽取200例患者设置为观察组；另于该院尚未实施追踪方法学与PDCA循环交叉管理的2014年1-12月阶段，随机选取200例患者设置为对照组。对比两组的各项护理质量评分、护理不良事件发生率以及护理满意度。结果观察组的护理不良事件发生率为2%，较之对照组明显更低(P﹤0.05)。与对照组相比，观察组的各项护理质量评分均明显更高(P﹤0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为97%，较之对照组明显更高(P﹤0.05)。结论在护理管理中实施追踪方法学与PDCA循环管理的交叉管理模式，可有效提高护理质量，减少护理不良事件的发生，提高患者对护理服务的满意度，可作为医院护理质量控制的有效工具。%Objective To study the application effect of f tracer methodology and PDCA circulation management in the nursing management control and provide reliable reference basis for improving nursing quality. Methods 200 cases of pa-tients with the implementation of cross management of tracer methodology and PDCA circulation management in our hospi-tal from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as the observation group, and 200 cases without the implementation of cross management of tracer methodology and PDCA circulation management in our hospital from January 2014 to Decem-ber 2014 were selected as the control group, and the various nursing quality scores, incidence rate of nursing adverse events and nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of adverse events in the obser-vation group was 2%, which was obviously lower than that in the control group (P﹤0.05), the various nursing quality scores in the observation group were obviously higher (P﹤0.05), the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was 97%, which was obviously higher than that in the control group (P﹤0.05). Conclusion The cross management model of tracer methodology and PDCA circulation management in the nursing management control can effectively improve the nursing quality, reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events and improve the satisfactory degree of patients to nursing services, which can be used as an effective tool in the hospital nursing quality control.
