医院信息系统中的知识管理研究

摘要

The development of medical information brings an enormous effect and technical support for management and operation of modern hospitals and plays an major role in the construction and application of the hospital information system in the course of medical information, with the occurrence of massive medical data and knowledge and technical forms such as adjunctive diagnostic system and remote medical treatment, the knowledge management plays a major role in the HIS. The paper researches and studies the application of knowledge management in the hospital information system in the condi-tion of information and gives an overview from the aspects of introduction, background knowledge, definition, application of knowledge management in the hospital information system, medical health decision, clinical practice and knowledge storage, and application research process in the hospital information system.%医疗信息化的发展给现代医院的管理和运作带来了巨大影响和技术支持，在医疗信息化进程中为医院信息系统(HIS)建设和使用中发挥着重要作用，知识管理在医院信息系统(HIS)中随着大量医疗数据和知识的出现以及辅助诊断系统，远程医疗等技术形式的出现发挥着重要作用。该文就信息化条件下知识管理在医院信息系统的应用进行研究探讨，主要从前言，背景知识，定义与界定，知识管理应用于医院信息系统的信息管理，知识管理应用于医疗卫生决策、临床实践、知识储备，及知识管理在医院信息系统的应用研究进展等方面进行了阐述。
