Objective To study the application of individual nursing in the nursing management in the department of gy-naecology and obstetrics and positive and promotion effect of improving nursing quality. Methods The individual nursing was promoted in the nursing management in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics, the specific measures of building the excellent and good nurse-patient atmosphere were summarized, and the application effect was surveyed and researched. Results The wide development of individual nursing in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics improves the nursing satisfactory degree of delivery women and their family and improves the doctor's evaluation of individual nursing effect. Conclusion The promotion of individual nursing contributes to obtaining adequate security and trust sense of delivery wom-en and promotes the overall improvement of nursing management level in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics.%目的：探讨个性化护理在妇产科护理管理中的应用情况及其对提高护理质量的积极促进作用。方法妇产科护理管理中推行护个性化护理，总结汇总营造优良的护患氛围的具体措施，并对应用效果进行调查研究。结果妇产科广泛开展个性化护理，改善产妇及其家属的护理满意度，提升了医生对个性化护理效果评价。结论推行个性化护理，有助于产妇从中获得充分的信任感和安全感，促进妇产科护理管理水平的全面提升。
