医疗护理责任制在护理质量改进管理中的应用

         

摘要

目的:探析医疗护理责任制在护理质量改进管理中的应用效果。方法抽取该院2012年1月—2016年1月该院不同科室的工作医务人员80位作为研究对象,并抽取期间患者120例,并将其随机分为两组,医务人员各40位,患者每组各60例,对照组没有实施责任制时为患者进行护理服务,研究组是实施护理责任制后给予患者护理服务,比较两组护理人员的情况及两组患者的护理满意度等。结果研究组患者满意度98.3%与对照组75.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.682,P﹤0.05);研究组病情交待时间(23.5±5.5)min,对照组需要(5.4±2.1)min,比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.793,P﹤0.05)。结论在护理质量改进管理中采取责任制护理服务,可以显著提高护理质量,改善护患关系,提高护理满意度,值得应用。%Objective To study the application effect of medical nursing responsibility system in improvement and manage-ment of nursing quality. Methods 80 cases of medical staff working in different departments of our hospital from January 2012 to January 2016 were extracted as the research objects and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, and 120 cases of patients treated at the same period were extracted and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the control group provided nursing service for patients before the implementation of responsibility system, the research group provided nursing services for patients after the implementation of responsibility system, and the conditions of nursing staff and nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups were compared. Results The difference in the satisfactory degree between the research group and the control group was obvious by comparison with statistical significance (98.3% vs 75.0%) (χ2=10.682, P<0.05), the difference in the confession time of disease condition between the research group and the control group was obvious with statistical significance, [(23.5±5.5) min vs (5.4±2.1) min](t=5.793, P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting nursing service responsibility system in nursing quality improvement management can obviously improve the nursing quality, im-prove the nurse-patient relationship and improve the nursing satisfactory degree, which is worth application.
