目的：分析血常规和尿常规检查在流行性出血热早期诊断中的应用效果。方法将该院2014年4月—2016年2月收治的62例流行性出血热患者作为研究组,将该院同期进行健康体检者64例作为对照组。研究组与对照组均进行血常规、尿常规检查。统计分析两组对象血标本镜检结果、血常规指标及尿常规指标。结果研究组62例患者中50例显示异常淋巴细胞,占总数的80.64%；96.77%的患者血小板计数减少,48.39%的患者淋巴细胞数量降低,54.84%的患者中粒细胞增多,72.58%的患者白细胞指数升高；62例流行性出血热患者的尿常规检查主要表现为蛋白尿,对照组蛋白尿阳性率低于研究组,两组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论流行性出血热患者早期通常出现血常规、尿常规检查异常,其在早期诊断中有一定的临床价值,值得临床诊断及检验工作中广泛推广应用,为临床治疗流行性出血热提供了可靠数据。%Objective To analyze the application effect of blood routine examination and urine routine examination in the early diagnosis of epidemic hemorrhagic fever. Methods 62 cases of patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2014 to February 2016 were selected as the research group, 64 cases of healthy examiners in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group, both groups were given blood routine examination and urine routine examination, and the microscopic examination results of blood specimens, blood routine indexes and urine rou-tine indexes of the two groups were counted and analyzed. Results In the 62 cases in the research group, 50 cases showed atypical lymphocytes, accounting for 80.64% in total, the platelet count of 96.77% patients decreased, lymphocyte number of 48.39% patients decreased, granulocytes of 54.84% patients increased, leukocyte index of 72.58% patients was elevated, the major manifestation of urine routine examination of 62 cases of patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever was protein-uria, the positive rate of proteinuria in the control group was lower than that in the research group, and the difference be-tween the two groups was obvious (P<0.05). Conclusion The abnormal blood routine examination and urine routine exami-nation occur in patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever in early stage, and it is of a certain clinical value in the early di-agnosis, which is worth wide promotion and application in clinical diagnosis and examination, which provides reliable data for the treatment of epidemic hemorrhagic fever in clinic.
