社区门诊输液的安全隐患及防范措施分析

     

摘要

目的:研究探讨在社区门诊进行输液所存在的安全隐患,并根据情况采取对应的解决方法。方法选取社区门诊工作的30名护理人员作为研究对象,给予30名护理人员均提供关于门诊输液安全影响因素的问卷,根据护理人员的作答结果研究分析门诊输液存在的安全隐患,并及时提出相应的处理措施。结果根据问卷调查结果发现,护理人员在给患者进行输液工作的过程中认为存在安全隐患的因素为:医生不固定有10名(33.33%)、环境狭窄的有6名(20.00%)、护理人员不足的有4名(13.33%)、护理人员专业知识较差、行为不规范的有3名(10.00%)、微粒污染的有3名(10.00%)、无菌观念较差的有2名(6.67%)、药物来源不明的有2名(6.67%)。在明确安全隐患后提出的防范措施为:①合理安排医护人员;②健康宣讲;③提高护理人员专业能力;④防止微粒污染;⑤增强无菌观念;⑥严格审查药物来源。结论通过对护理人员进行问卷调查分析门诊输液中存在的安全问题,有利于临床上提出相对应的处理措施,明显增强门诊输液的安全性。%Objective To research and study the existing hidden danger of community outpatient clinic and take corre-sponding solutions to it according to specific conditions. Methods 30 nursing staff working in the community clinic were se-lected as the research objects and given questionnaire about influencing factors of clinic infusion safety, and the existing hidden danger of the clinic infusion was researched and analyzed according to the answer results of nursing staff and corre-sponding measures were provided in time. Results The questionnaire survey results showed that the hidden danger in the infusion process that the nursing staff supposed were: 10 cases supposed the doctors were not fixed (33.33%), 6 cases sup-posed the environment was narrow(20.00%), 4 cases supposed the nursing staff were inadequate(13.33%), 3 cases supposed the professional knowledge of nursing staff was worse and their behaviors were abnormal (10.00%), 3 cases supposed that there were particle contaminations (10.00%), 2 cases supposed that the aseptic concept was worse, (6.67%) and 2 cases sup-posed the drug source was unclear (6.67%), the proposed prevention measures after the hidden dangers were identified,①rationally arrange medical staff;②health preach;③improving the professional capability of nursing staff;④prevent particle contamination;⑤enhance aseptic concept;⑥strictly examine drug source. Conclusion The analysis of safety issues in the clinic infusion through the questionnaire of nursing staff is conducive to providing countermeasures in clinic and obviously enhancing safety of clinic infusion.
