目的:观察护理管理中人性化管理模式的应用效果。方法分别选取医院护理管理应用人性化管理模式前后收治的患者各158例,观察人性化管理模式应用前后护理差错事件发生情况,对比人性化管理模式应用前后护理人员的护理质量评分及患者对护理的满意情况。结果护理管理中应用人性化管理模式后,护理差错事件发生率低于应用前,护理质量评分、患者对护理满意率高于应用前,差异有统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论护理管理中,通过人性化管理模式的应用,可提升护理质量,降低护理差错事件发生率,提高患者对护理的满意程度。%Objective To observe the application effect of humanistic management model in nursing management. Methods 158 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital before and after the application of humanistic management model in nursing management were respectively selected, the occurrence of nursing error events before and after the application of humanistic management model was observed, and the nursing quality score and satisfactory degree of patients to nursing be-fore and after application were compared. Results After the application of humanistic management model in nursing man-agement, the incidence rate of nursing error events was lower than that before the application, and the nursing quality score and satisfactory rate of patients to nursing were higher than those before application, and the differences had statistical sig-nificance (P>0.05). Conclusion The application of humanistic management model in nursing management can improve the nursing quality, reduce the incidence rate of nursing error events and improve the satisfactory degree of patients to nursing.
