目的:探析PBL在神经内科临床带教中的实施方法与效果。方法选取2015年1—6月在该院神经内科实习的40例实习生进行研究,采用随机抽选的方式将实习生两组:分别是实验组20例,对照组20例。针对对照组的见习生,采取传统的LBL教学方式;对于实验组的见习生,采取PBL的教学方式。观察两组教学方式的效果。结果在综合性考试中,观察组学生的综合成绩是80.5~89分,而观察组学生的综合成绩是73.5~82.5分。并且在调查问卷中,观察组实行的PBL的教学方式更受学生的欢迎与支持。结论 PBL教学方式在神经内科临床带教中的效果更加显著,值得推广。%Objective To study the implementation method and effect of PBL in the clinical teaching in the department of neurology. Methods 40 cases of trainees in the department of neurology of our hospital from January 2015 to June 2015 were selected for research and randomly divided into two groups with 20 cases in each, the control group adopted traditional LBL teaching method, the experimental group adopted PBL teaching method, and the effects of the two groups were observed. Results The comprehensive achievement in the comprehensive examination in the control group and in the observation group were respectively 80.5~89 marks and 73.5~82.5 marks, and PBL teaching method implemented by the observation group won more popularity and support of students in comprehensive examination. Conclusion The effect of PBL teaching method in clinical teaching in the department of neurology is more obvious, which is worth promotion.
