Objective To analyze and research the clinical effect and application value of vaginitis five of the joint inspection in diagnosis of s vaginitis's pathogen and detection of leucorrhea cleanliness in order to provide new thinking and theoretical support for the diagnosis of gynecological vaginitis. Methods 250 cases of patients receiving leucorrhea routine examination in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the research objects, the secretions at the posterior fornix of vagina of patients were taken and divided into two, the one adopted routine microscopic examination method for detection, the other one adopted vaginitis five of the joint inspection for detection, and the vaginitis environment, leucorrhea cleanliness and pathogen detection results of the two methods were compared and observed. Results The detection rate of vaginitis five of the joint inspection for each index of vaginitis environment was obviously higher than that of the routine microscopic examination method, and the difference had statistical significance,P<0.05, the difference in the detection result for leucorrhea cleanliness between vaginitis five of the joint inspection and routine microscopic examination method had no statistical significance, P>0.05, the detection rates of vaginitis five of the joint inspection for gardnerella vaginalis and monilia were obviously higher than those of the routine microscopic examination method, and the difference had statistical significance, P<0.05, and the differences in the detection rates for white cells, trichomonad, mixed infection and other pathogenic bacteria between the vaginitis five of the joint inspection and routine microscopic examination method had no statistical significance, P>0.05. Conclusion The application of five of the joint inspection in diagnosis of vaginitis can effectively improve the detection rate of bacterial vaginitis with obvious clinical effect, which is worth promotion and application.%目的：分析研究阴道炎五联检验对阴道炎病原体诊断及白带清洁度检测的临床效果及应用价值，为妇科阴道炎诊断提供新的思路及理论支持。方法选取2015年2月—2016年2月在该院接受白带常规检查的250例患者作为研究对象，取患者阴道后穹隆处分泌物，并将其分为两份，一份采用常规镜检法进行检测，另一份采用阴道炎五联检验法进行检测。对比观察两组方法对阴道环境、白带清洁度及病原体检测结果。结果阴道炎五联检验对阴道环境各项指标检出率均显著高于常规镜检法，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)；阴道炎五联检验对白带清洁度检测结果与常规镜检法比较，差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)；阴道炎五联检验对加特纳菌、念珠菌检出率显著高于常规镜检，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)；阴道炎五联检验在白细胞、滴虫、混合感染、其他病原菌方面检出率与常规镜检法比较，差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论在阴道炎诊断中采用五联检验方法，可有效提高细菌性阴道炎检出率，临床效果显著，值得推广运用。
