超声科诊疗中医院感染因素防控效果分析

             

摘要

目的:针对超声科在诊疗中发生的医院感染因素进行分析总结,给予一定的防控措施并探究其临床效果。方法随机选取700例患者作为该次试验观察对象,总结这一年中超声科在诊断治疗中存在的医院感染的因素并给予一定的防控措施,另选取2015年3月—2016年3月在该院超声科进行诊疗的350例患者作为措施防控后,对比分析措施防控前后感染的发生率及消毒效果。结果措施防控后12例患者发生感染,发生率为3.43%,措施防控前103例患者发生感染,发生率为29.43,措施防控前后医院感染发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);措施防控后消毒合格337例,合格率为96.29%,措施防控前消毒合格211例,合格率为60.29%,且措施防控后医疗人员手表面、医疗器械表面及空气中细菌数明显少于措施防控前的,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声科在诊疗过程中存在的感染因素较多,针对过去出现的感染因素进行总结分析并给予一定的防控措施可以减少感染的发生,并提高消毒的效果,建议广泛应用。%Objective Analyzed and summarized, giving some prevention and control measures and to explore its clinical effect. Results The prevention and control measures in 12 patients after the infection, the incidence rate was 3.43%, prevention and control measures in 103 patients before infection, the incidence rate was 29.43, the incidence of infection prevention and control measures the difference before and after the hospital, with statistical significance (P<0.05); prevention and control measures after disinfection in 337 cases, the qualified rate is 96.29%, the disinfection and prevention and control measures 211 cases were qualified, qualified rate is 60.29%, and the bacterial prevention and control measures after medical personnel, medical instruments and hand surface surface air number was significantly less than the control measures, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion There are many infection factors exist in the process of diagnosis and treatment of ultrasound, were analyzed, and give some prevention and control measures can reduce the incidence of infection for the infection factors appearing in the past, and to improve the disinfection effect, recommended for wide application.
