试论如何做好医院经济合同管理工作--以某医院经济合同审查工作为例

随着社会经济的发展，医院越来越多地参与社会经济活动，以满足自身发展的需要。经济合同作为医院参与经济活动的重要途径，成为医院经济管理的重要内容。加强医院经济合同的管理，首要任务是注重合同的审查和风险防控工作，该文从制度、组织、人员、体系建设等方面入手，加强经济合同管理法治化、规范化建设，为今后医院经济合同管理工作提供借鉴。%With the social and economic development, hospitals are increasingly involved in social and economic activities to meet the needs of their own development. As an important way to participate in economic activities, economic contract has become an important part of hospital’s economic management. To strengthen the management of hospital’s economic contract, the first task is focusing on contract review and risk prevention, this paper starts from the institution, organization, personnel and system to strengthen legalization and standardization construction of contract management, and provide refer-ence for future management of hospital’s economic contract.
