人文关怀在精神科护理中的应用探讨

摘要

Objective To explore the application of humanistic care in psychiatric nursing and the positive effection on im-proving the quality of psychiatric nursing. Methods The implementation of humanistic nursing care in psychiatric nursing, specific measures to create a good environment to sum up, and to investigate the application effect. Results The psychiatric department to carry out a wide range of "people-oriented, humanistic care to the patient as the center", patients get the sense of trust and security in full. Conclusion The implementation of humanistic care, help to improve nursing satisfaction, improve nursing quality.%目的：探讨人文关怀在精神科护理中的应用情况及其对提高精神科护理质量的积极促进作用。方法对精神科推行护理人文关怀，营造优良的护理环境的具体措施进行总结汇总，并对应用效果进行调查研究。结果精神科广泛开展“以人为本，以患者为中心”的人文关怀，患者从中获得充分的信任感和安全感。结论推行人文关怀，有助于提高护理满意度，促进护理质量的全面提升。
