风险管理在高龄髋部骨折患者护理中的应用效果

摘要

Objective To explore the nursing care in elderly hip fracture patients in the effect of the application of risk management. Methods February 2015 to November 2016, our hospital to receive treatment of hip fractures in senile pa-tients with 80 cases as the research object, 80 patients were divided into observation and control groups, 40 cases in each group, control group routine nursing, the observation group in the control group on the basis of analysis management, nurs-ing effect analysis of two groups. Results Observation group nursing risk swot analysis was 100%, significantly higher than the control group, 65% of the observation group event risk rate was 7.5%, significantly lower than the control group, 22.5%of the nursing satisfaction and observation group was 97.5%, significantly higher than the control group 82.5%, comparison has obvious differences between groups, there is statistical significance (P< 0.05). Conclusion In elderly hip fracture pa-tients nursing application of risk management can effectively reduce the probability of risk event occurs, promote patients recover, improve the nursing satisfaction effectively.%目的：探究在高龄髋部骨折患者护理中应用风险管理的效果。方法选取2015年2—11月该院接收治疗的髋部骨折高龄患者80例作为研究对象，将80例患者分为观察与对照两组，每组40例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上加强分析管理，分析两组护理效果。结果观察组护理风险认知率为100%，明显高于对照组的65%，观察组风险事件风险发生率为7.5%，明显低于对照组的22.5%，且观察组护理满意度为97.5%，明显高于对照组的82.5%，组间比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论在高龄髋部骨折患者的护理中应用风险管理能够有效降低风险事件发生的几率，促进患者康复，使护理满意度得到有效提升。
