208例冠心病患者实施健康教育的护理管理体会

             

摘要

目的:探讨冠心病患者实施健康教育的护理管理体会。方法选取在心内科住院治疗的208例冠心病患者,随机分为实验组(120例)和对照组(88例),实验组运用评估、护理诊断、计划、实施、评价护理程序对患者实施健康教育,对照组采用传统的方法实施健康教育。比较两组患者疾病相关知识的知晓率和满意度。结果健康教育后,实验组患者冠心病相关知识知晓率与对照组相比有极显著差异,对冠心病的认知态度和遵医行为方面,两组相比有明显差异。结论对冠心病患者实施健康教育护理管理能够提高健康教育效果和患者满意度,值得推广应用。%Objective To explore Nursing management experience of health education for coronary heart disease patients. Methods Selected 208 patients with coronary heart disease accepted treatment in cardiology, and were randomly divided into experimental group (120 cases) and control group (88 cases), the experimental group applied five steps nursing process to implement health education, including assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation, the con-trol group used traditional methods, comparing the related knowledge awareness and satisfaction of the two groups. Results After health education, the related knowledge awareness of the two groups have a highly significant difference, the cognitive attitude of coronary heart disease and compliance behavior of the two groups also have obvious difference. Conclusion Health education nursing management of coronary heart disease patients could improve the health education effect and pa-tient satisfaction, which is worthy of popularization and application.
