Congclusion The overall situation about disinfection and isolation of the city's medical institutions is good, however, the disinfection and surveillance of sterilization effect in small medical institutions need to be strengthened, and the disinfection of Water for treatment in Dental Department hides danger.%目的：了解深圳市医疗机构消毒隔离情况的现状，以便进一步加强我市医疗机构消毒隔离的监督管理，更好地保障广大市民群众健康权益和公共卫生安全。方法对该市医疗机构开展消毒隔离监督检查、抽检监测工作。结果医疗机构应当提高口腔治疗用水污染危害性的认识，加强对消毒人员的业务培训，增强专业理论知识，定期对水路系统进行消毒和检测。结论该市医疗机构消毒隔离总体情况良好，但小型医疗机构的消毒、灭菌效果监测工作仍需加强，口腔科治疗用水的消毒工作存在隐患。
